Fazl Rural District (Persian: دهستان فضل) is in the Central District of Nishapur County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 15,323 in 4,400 households.[3] There were 17,121 inhabitants in 5,122 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 15,792 in 5,106 households. The largest of its 71 villages was Farkhak, with 1,469 people.[2]
