Frącki, Opole Voivodeship

Frącki [ˈfrɔnt͡skʲi] is a settlement, part of the village of Pogórze, in the administrative district of Gmina Biała, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Biała, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Prudnik, and 30 km (19 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.

The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word wrona, which means "crow".[2] Its old Polish forms were Wronza and Fronka.[2]
