Frank Turner (American football)

Franklin Turner II (born c.1969) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania; a position he has held since 2023.[1][2][3] He also coached for Albany High School, Fort Valley State, and Kentucky State. He played college football from Albany State as a defensive lineman.
