Gaulo, Somaliland
Gaulo (Somali: Qawlo) is a town in the Sool region of Somaliland/Somalia.[2] From 1909 until 1910, Gaulo was the capital of the Darawiish.[3]

Now the British had miraculously and ingloriously retreated, he changed his plans, and moved towards Gaolo (ending up by November 1910 at Goriasan) planning to replenish his stock in the time honoured way, at the expense of the Friendlies.
