Gmina Boguty-Pianki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Boguty-Pianki, which lies approximately 36 kilometres (22 mi) east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 112 km (70 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
