Guillermo Tomás Soto Arredondo (born 19 January 1994) is a Chilean professional footballer who plays as right-back for Baltika Kaliningrad in the Russian Premier League and the Chile national team.

Club career
Guillermo did all lower in Universidad Católica but his debut was in Rangers de Talca.
In August 2023, he joined Baltika Kaliningrad in the Russian Premier League from Argentine side Huracán.[1]
