Héctor Lacognata

Héctor Ricardo Lacognata Zaragoza (6 September 1962 – 27 May 2023) was a Paraguayan physician, politician, and diplomat.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is Lacognata and the second or maternal family name is Zaragoza.

Lacognata was Minister of Foreign Relations in the cabinet of President Fernando Lugo (2009–2011).[1]

Lacognata died in La Paz on 27 May 2023, at the age of 60.[2]
