Hendijan

Hendijan (Persian: هندیجان; also Romanized as Hendījān; also known as Hendeyān, Hendīān, Hendīgān, and Andīgān)[3] is a city in the Central District of Hendijan County, Khuzestan province, Iran, and serves as both capital of the county and of the district.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 25,100 in 5,054 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 26,929 people in 6,255 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 29,015 people in 7,904 households.[2]
