Hesarcheh-ye Bala
Hesarcheh-ye Bala (Persian: حصارچه, also known as Hesarcheh, Romanized as Ḩeşārcheh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Hesarcheh Rural District of Jargalan District, Raz and Jargalan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 831 in 197 households, when it was in Jargalan Rural District of the former Raz and Jargalan District of Bojnord County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 919 people in 260 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 913 people in 231 households,[2] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Raz and Jargalan County.[4]
