Janet Jackson: Together Again

Together Again is the tenth concert tour by American singer Janet Jackson.[5] The tour in North America, was announced on December 12, 2022, via Janet's social media and began on April 14, 2023, in Hollywood, Florida and will end in Lincoln, California on October 27, 2023. The tour takes its name from Jackson’s international hit single from The Velvet Rope.

Background

On December 11, 2022, Jackson hinted a surprise on her Instagram for 8:50am, the next morning.[6] That same night, photos leaked of the Milwaukee date of the tour at Henry Maier Festival Park. The following day, she announced she would embark on a tour titled Together Again, which will feature new music.[7] Thirty-three dates in North America were announced, with tickets going on pre-sale the next day; general on-sale tickets went on sale on December 16, 2022.[8] The opening act of the tour is American rapper Ludacris.[9] Due to high demand new shows were added in Hollywood, Atlanta and New York City as well as a new show in Allentown, Pennsylvania.[10] Later, a San Bernardino date was announced at the Yaamava' Casino & Resort.[11] On, April 30, 2023, it was announced that rapper Lil' Kim would replace Ludacris as the opening act on her Allentown date. On June 6, an additional concert at the Venue at Thunder Valley was announced.[12]

  • Jermaine Dupri joined Jackson during her performance of "Do It 2 Me" at the Atlanta concert on April 26, 2023. An unreleased song called "Keep Dancing" was also performed at the same date.[15][16]
