Jarqavieh County

Jarqavieh County (Persian: شهرستان جرقویه) is in Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Nikabad.[3][4]

At the 2006 census, the region's population (as Jarqavieh Olya and Jarqavieh Sofla Districts of Isfahan County) was 35,069 in 9,526 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 35,842 people in 10,852 households.[6] At the 2016 census, there were 37,607 in 12,034 households.[2]

The districts were separated from Isfahan County in 2021 to form Jarqavieh County, with the city of Nikabad as its capital.[3][4]
