Josef de Souza Dias (born 11 February 1989), sometimes known as just Souza, is a Brazilian professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Chinese Super League club Beijing Guoan.

On 30 March 2023, Sousa joined Chinese Super League club Beijing Guoan on a free transfer. [3]

On 14 October 2014, Sousa made his international debut in a 4-0 away win against Japan in an international friendly game.[4]
