Kamińsk, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship
Kamińsk [ˈkamiɲsk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górowo Iławeckie, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Górowo Iławeckie, 25 km (16 mi) west of Bartoszyce, and 60 km (37 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.

During World War II, it was the location of the southern section of the German prisoner-of-war camp Stalag I-A, which initially held Polish POWs, and later also other Allied POWs.[2]
