Keo Rattanak
Keo Rattanak (Khmer: កែវ រតនៈ; born 16 September 1973)[1] is a Cambodian politician who is the current Minister of Mines and Energy. Previously, he served as the director-general of Cambodia's state-run electricity provider, Electricité du Cambodge (EDC).[2]
