Konotop, Lubusz Voivodeship
Konotop [kɔˈnɔtɔp] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kolsko, within Nowa Sól County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Kolsko, 20 km (12 mi) north-east of Nowa Sól, and 28 km (17 mi) east of Zielona Góra.

The name of the village is of Polish origin and comes from the word koń, which means "horse".[2]
