Having come through the Crewe Alexandra academy system, Nolan made his debut for the club as a scholar in their EFL Trophy game against Port Vale on 5 September 2023, coming on as a 80th minute substitute for Shilow Tracey,[2] and being praised for his performance by Crewe manager Lee Bell.[3]
