"Love Me Again" achieved a triple crown on M Countdown prior to V beginning promotions on domestic television music shows. It also won three Melon Popularity Awards.[2] In October 2023, the song was nominated in the Best Vocal Performance – Solo and Song of the Year categories at the upcoming MAMA Awards.[3]
