Volga State University of Technology (formerly Mari State Technical University) (Russian: Пово́лжский госуда́рственный технологи́ческий университе́т), previously known as MarSTU (Russian: МарГТУ), is the first technical, and one of the first institutions of higher education in the republic of Mari El.
