Meshkin Dasht District

Meshkin Dasht (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان فردیس) is in Fardis County of Alborz province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Meshkin Dasht.

The district's constituent parts were in Karaj County, Tehran province at the 2006 National Census.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 83,700 inhabitants in 25,490 households. Karaj County had been transferred to the newly established Alborz province,[2] Fardis County created with two districts, and the new city of Fardis appointed as its capital.[4]
