Mina Sue Choi
Mina Sue Choi (Korean: 최미나수) is a South Korean model and beauty pageant winner who won Miss Earth 2022.[1][2] She is the first Korean to win Miss Earth and one of the Big Four international beauty pageants.[3]

Early life and education
Mina Sue Choi was born in Sydney, in 1999[4] and lived there until she was seven years old. Growing up, she lived in South Korea, Canada, the United States, and China.[5] Choi attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she majored in communication studies.[6]
Pageantry
Miss Korea 2021
On October 15, Choi won Miss Gyeonggi Incheon 2021, a Miss Korea regional preliminary.[7] She participated in Miss Korea 2021 on November 16 and finished 1st runner-up.[8][9]
Miss Earth 2022
On November 29, Choi represented South Korea in Miss Earth 2022 and won.

Choi became the first Korean to win the Miss Earth title and one of the Big Four international beauty pageants.[13][14]
In her capacity as Miss Earth, Choi visited Belgium, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, several cities and municipalities in the Philippines, and her native country, South Korea.
