Nagusa Station

Nagusa Station (名草駅, Nagusa-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the city of Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).[1]

Station layout

The station consists of one side platform serving a single bi-directional track. There is no station building but only a small shelter on the platform. The station is unattended.

History

Nagusa Station was opened on 1 April 1961. With the privatization of the Japan National Railway (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the aegis of the West Japan railway Company (JR West).
