Neftelijeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان نفتلیجه) is in the Central District of Gomishan County, Golestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2011, its population was 3,517 in 823 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,741 in 1,013 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Qaleh Jiq-e Bozorg, with 1,374 people.[2]
