Nella Linhas Aéreas
NELLA Linhas Aéreas Ltda, also known as NELLA, is a planned Brazilian low-cost airline to be based at Brasília International Airport.[2][3][4][5] It planned to start operations during 2022.[6]

NELLA has intentions to operate cargo flights in the future with a Boeing 737-400F.[7]
History
Currently, NELLA Linhas Aéreas it is in the certification phase, which includes the preparation of operational manuals and their evaluation.[8] However, as of May 2022 the certification process is dormant.[9]
On July 19, 2021, NELLA announced the purchase of Albatros Airlines, and had its corporate image and trade name changed as Albatros Airlines by Nella.[8]
On August 10, 2021, NELLA announced the purchase of Línea Aérea Amaszonas for U$50 million, which anticipated the operations of NELLA.[10]
In November 2021, NELLA announced its strategy of expanding operations with the re-launch of Líneas Aéreas Paraguayas.[11][12] However, this has not happened yet.
In February 2023, it emerged that NELLA acquired Mexican carrier, Aeromar, according to logo rebrands on its website. The deal was not officially confirmed.[13][14]
Destinations
NELLA Linhas Aéreas has been planning to fly to 78 different airports in Brazil. But as of October 2023, no operations have been initiated.[15]
