Qohab-e Sarsar Rural District (Persian: دهستان قهاب صرصر) is in Amirabad District of Damghan County, Semnan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,559 in 531 households.[3] There were 1,429 inhabitants in 495 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,863 in 684 households. The largest of its 55 villages was Seydabad, with 521 people.[2]
