Raffael Behounek (born 16 April 1997) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Dutch club Willem II.[1]

On 19 August 2020, he signed with WSG Swarovski Tirol.[2]
On 28 July 2023, Behounek signed a three-year contract with Willem II.[3]
