Robat
Robat (Persian: رباط, also Romanized as Robāţ; also known as Robāţ-e Māhīdasht, Robāţ-e Māhī Dasht, Robaţ ‘Olyā, and Māhīdasht)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Mahidasht District of Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran. It is 25km to the southwest of the provincial capital, Kermanshah, on the main route to Eslamabad-e Gharb on road 48 (Iran).[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 996 in 248 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 940 people in 265 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 823 people in 252 households.[2]
