Samir won the 2013 U-16 African Junior Tennis Championships.[1]

She has won 15 singles and 13 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 26 October 2020, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 342. On 24 July 2023, she peaked at No. 322 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for the Egypt Fed Cup team, Samir has a win–loss record of 23–26 (as of August 2023).[2]
