Seh Qaleh Rural District (Persian: دهستان سه قلعه) is in Seh Qaleh District of Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,886 in 877 households.[3] There were 3,374 inhabitants in 950 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,364 in 1,020 households. The largest of its 71 villages was Dustabad, with 1,690 people.[2]
