Smolensk Oblast Duma

The Smolensk Oblast Duma (Russian: Смоленская областная дума, romanized: Smolenskaya oblastnaya duma) is the regional parliament of Smolensk Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. A total of 48 deputies are elected for five-year terms.[4]
