Spilopyra is a genus of leaf beetles in the subfamily Spilopyrinae. It is found in Australia and New Guinea.

The genus is distinguished from other genera in Spilopyrinae by highly contrasting patterns of metallic color on its head, pronotum and elytra.[2]
