Tetsuo Kutsukake

Tetsuo Kutsukake (沓掛 哲男, Kutsukake Tetsuo, born September 12, 1929 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa) is a Japanese politician. He was named Minister of State, Chairman of the National Public Safety Commission on October 31, 2005.
