Todd Kirby

Todd Kirby is an American politician serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from the 44th district.[4] Elected on November 8, 2022, he assumed office on December 1, 2022. In 2016, he unsuccessfully ran for district 30's seat.

Kirby was born in Beckley, West Virginia to parents Beverly and Stephen Kirby. Kirby is married to a teacher, and they have 2 children together. He graduated from Liberty High School in 2003. He practices Family law.[5]
