Tsutomu Shibayama
Tsutomu Shibayama (芝山努, Shibayama Tsutomu, born 9 March 1941) is a Japanese anime director of film and television. He is known for directing the Doraemon TV and Movie series(1984–2005). He was born in Asakusa, Taitō, Tokyo.
In 2012 he won Agency for Cultural Affair Award.[1]
