Ugra (Russian: Угра) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) in Ugransky District of Smolensk Oblast, Russia. Population: 4,278 (2010 Census);[1] 4,848 (2002 Census);[4] 5,059 (1989 Census).[5]
