- Holotype: ZPAL P 12/1, almost complete anterior teeth.
- Paratypes: ZPAL P 12/2, 12/5, 12/7.
Type stratum: Bed 16., uppermost Callovian to lowermost Oxfordian (Lamberti and Mariae Zones) at 'Ogrodzeiniec Quarry', southern Poland.
Etymology: The specific name is in reference to the height of the cusp in anterior teeth and derived from altus, Latin for hight and cuspis, Latin for point.
