  - Type locality: Imuta, Koshiki Islands (Koshiki-jima), Kagoshima Profecture, (Satsuma Prov.), Japan. Holotype: T. Muraoka; April 1934; SAP 15323. Holotype sterile, illustrated by Huisman, Abbott & Sherwood (2004: 266; fig. 30).
