Eisenia galapagensis W.R.Taylor, 1945

  • Type locality: Ecuador, Galápagos Islands. Isla Santa Cruz. Academy Bay. Frequent as dredged off Academy Bay.
  • Holotype: W.R. Taylor #34-305; 1934-01-20; Hancock Foundation.

Since 2015, the genus Eisenia is regarded as a synonym of Ecklonia, as the type species is excluded.
