Eviota cometa Jewett & Lachner, 1983

• Holotype: USNM 235817.
• Paratypes: AMS I.24027-001 (1); ANSP 151996 (2); CAS 52831 (2); USNM 235832 (8), 235863 (1), 260328 (1).

Type locality: Totoya Island, Fiji Islands, 18°58'57"S, 179°52'12"W, depth 30 meters.
