Gerald Alfred Mulligan (born Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, February 13, 1928), Canadian botanist.

Research Branch, Agriculture Canada (retired 1987, now emeritus Research Associate). Assistant Director, Biosytematics Research Institute 1973 to 1978. Director, Biosystematics Research Institute/Centre- 1978 to 1987.
