Isoetes weberi Herter ex U.Weber, Hedwigia 63(2): 255 (1922).

Typus: Südbrasilien, Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre. Viamãs. Untergetaucht zwischen Gras in einem See. Hochplateau nördlich der Estrada do Mato Grosso, km 9, c. 100 m. Fertil 25 Sept. 1912, Herter 20639 (Holotypus: B 20 0108474, isotypi: MO 022060, P 00411637, B 20 0108475, BM 001038179).
