Kadua foliosa Hillebr., Fl. Hawaiian Isl.: 164 (1888); not accepted by Govaerts (2003) [cited as Wiegmannia foliosa], but accepted by Terrell & al. (2005)

Typus: W. Hillebrand s.n. (MEL-MEL1520424, see Grimes 2000: 47; isotypus: BISH-BISH1015768; 'cotype': K-K000760477).
Type locality: [United States of America.] Hawaiian Islands: [Maui,] E. Maui, at heights of about 4000 ft.

Notes
