Holotype: UMMZ 112872, adult ♂, skin, skeleton and glans penis.
Type locality: “Mexico, Oaxaca, Distrito de Ixtlrin, Sierra de Juárez, 13 mi. (on Tuxtepec-Oaxaca de Jurirez road) NE Llano de lau Flores on upper slopes of Cerlo Pelon, 9200 feet [=2804 m] elevation.”
