Parasquatina zitteli Pollerspöck & Beaury, 2014

Type locality: Gerhartsreiter Graben bei Siegsdorf, FP 1a.

Stratum typicum: Gerhartsreiter Schichten, mittleres Maastricht, Globotruncana gansseri-Zone bzw. nach Nannoplankton: Lithraphidites quadratus-Zone.

Etymology: in honour of Karl Alfred von Zittel, German geologist and palaeontologist (* 25. September 1839 in Bahlingen; † 5. January 1904 in Munich), who engaged Johannes Böhm (1891) for writing the first monograph about the Gerhartsreiter Schichten.
