- Holotype: Bolivia, Republic of, yungas of Alto Beni, near Mataral (between Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, Dept. Cochabamba, Bolivia) in 600m altitude - assumed to be incorrect, 1974, Miyagawa s.n. (holo.: HEID, iso.: B).
