Note: Circumscription follows APG (2016) and Stevens (2017) rather than Hernández-Ledesma et al. (2015) or Tropicos (2017) it is therefore a view of Phytolaccaceae s.s. excluding particularly Petiveriaceae, but including Agdestis c.f. Hernández-Ledesma et al. (2015).
