- Note: Prior to Singh's lectotypification for Psychotria connata, Deb & Gangopadhyay (1989: 114) also selected B. Heyne s.n. [Wallich Cat. no 8347 A], but its 'isolectotypes' (BM, CAL, E) have no letter indication such as 'A' (Tropicos).
