- Type locality: Queensland. Cook District: 3.6 km by road from Forsayth towards Georgetown, 3 February 2006.
- The "Cook district" mention is puzzling as such a division of Queensland doesn't exist. Forsayth and Georgetown are within neither the Shire of Cook nor the Cook electoral district.
