Life habit: Lichenicolous fungus (parasite on living lichens)

Hosts: On the epinecral layer of the thallus of Immersaria athroocarpa, Lecidea atrobrunnea, Lecidea leprosolimbata, and Lecidea paupercula.

Locality: France (on Lecidea atrobrunnea), and southwest USA.
