Typus: J.F. Rock [1755] ([January 1922]; holotypus: A 00105396^(JSTOR); isotypi: K 000832753^(JSTOR), MO -204114^(JSTOR), P 00744726^(JSTOR)).
Type locality: Siam[Thailand]. Dai[Doi]-chang (ดอยช้าง), entre 1.260–1.760 m.
