Usage notes
This refers to any of several forms of legal employment which are not covered by labour law, like umowa o dzieło (contract of commission), umowa-zlecenie (fee-for-task agreement), and samozatrudnienie (self-employment), and are enforced by the employer usually to decrease taxes or labour costs with providing little to no benefit or protection to the worker.
